Julian brings a mixture of hands-on experience and qualifications to his role as the first Chairman of JARP; with a BSc. degree in Mathematical Statistics and Operational Research and a MSc. Degree in Leisure and Tourism. With over 20 years experience in managing a diversity of research projects and four years as a marketing manager responsible for pan-European strategic planning and marketing campaigns, he is aware of the importance of accurately researched information. He is also a certified member of the Market Research Society, as well as a certified GDPR Practitioner.

Claire has more than 30 years’ experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry and has always been fully committed to customer care and excellence in service delivery. Originally from France, Claire has lived in Jersey since 2000, worked in several hotels until 2007, before setting up The Busy Queen Bee in 2009. The company specialises in Customer Experience, Mystery Shopping, Customer Service Support and Customer Insight, and now offers a Mystery Shopping and Customer Experience Franchise Opportunity and is a member of the Mystery Shopper Providers Association and The Institute of Customer Service. She has also been named Top 30 Global Customer Service Gurus for 2018.

She has 8 years global experience client-side in marketing, strategic planning and marketing research, plus 20 years in global insight agencies. Dorothy has a MBA and is a member of the following professional bodies; CMRS, ESOMAR, MMRS, AQR, IOD.
